Remi Olajoyegbe is a strategic coach and leadership consultant with over a decade of experience working with global leaders. Previously an accomplished Investment Banker, Remi escaped the city, leaving her Goldman Sachs career behind her. As founder of the Isumataq Collective, she has been holding the seed of this vision for many years, initially birthing Isumataq Retreats and now expanding it into this online collective. 

From launching I Am Remi, offering strategic and systemic coaching to C-Suite leaders globally, to creating Isumataq Retreats, facilitating holistic deep dives for women, Remi has continuously sought to bridge ancient wisdom with modern insight, albeit far more openly with the launch of Isumataq Collective! In addition, Remi is co-founder of the transformative Medicine Festival, which explores cross-cultural and indigenous practice for personal and planetary well-being.

This online collective harnesses the potency of all of these offerings combined: a place for women to grow in understanding and enrich their skills together, tend to their needs and desires, and attune to their innate wisdom. Here they can unearth and apply their gifts to all areas of life, whilst learning as a community; like the circles of old.

Remi’s great skill is her capacity to bridge the worlds: as one who achieved great success in the corporate world yet suffered numerous burnouts, she is acutely aware of the pressures on women operating at high levels.

She recognises the need for women to find ways to connect with their inner sanctum – their innate wisdom, intuition, natural affinity with nature, and the power of their vulnerability – as well as their belonging with one another. Where women have long been pitched against one another and eyed one another as competitors, this space recognises all women as equal and valuable, harnessing the power of the sisterhood to support individual and collective growth.

Remi’s approach is both caring and dynamic, holding a space in which women can deepen into their true nature and be highly resourced, allowing them to lead from a new place within themselves.

Remi is also passionate about helping women define success on their own terms. Isumataq Collective is devoted to women’s sovereignty and wholeness, seeking to support them through every age and stage of life.

Finally, having had the privilege of working with global leaders, Remi also sees the need to democratise elite coaching. This style of coaching, with its innovative and nuanced lens, ensures that the next generation of contemporary women leaders have access to engaging mentors and guides. These guides can help midwife their coming home to themselves and equip them for the challenges of the future, whilst learning and integrating the past.

Our pledge: 5% of profits from this platform will be dedicated to uplifting less resourced women and girls, through our ‘Hope Starts with Her’ campaign, helping them access the support, resources, opportunities and brighter futures they deserve.
