There is gold in these heartbreaks. They reveal our needs, patterns, desires, and the projections we all fall into. And yet, while tools for healing romantic relationships abound, the complexity of female friendship remains largely unspoken, concealed, even silenced.

This course is an invitation into deep, yet gentle, group inquiry - a space to illuminate these wounds and release what no longer serves us. Together, we step back from the edge, not by dismissing our emotions but by sinking into a wider field of collective wisdom, pain and truth.
Wisdom from Goddess Mythology
We work with goddess myths which feature breakdowns in relationships between female deities, providing rich psychological insights about conflict, healing and personal growth.
- Shadow integration: These myths show how confronting the exiled parts of ourselves (represented by the goddess-enemy) is essential for wholeness.
- Wound transformation: Myth can help to reveal how the pain of betrayal or separation becomes a source of wisdom and power.
- Cyclical healing: These stories often demonstrate that relationship breakdown isn't final, but part of a cycle that leads to a more depthful and mature connection.
- Beyond duality: The reconciliations in these myths teach us to move beyond simple "good/evil" polarities to embrace complexity.
