What is Faith in Business?

A Network Where She Meets Business and Business Meets Belief.

FiB, previously known as the Game Changer's Network, has been running for 7 years and now comprises over 400 senior female leaders. Game Changers is a diverse, not-for-profit network of visionary female leaders, who are passionate about creating positive change within their industries, organisations and communities. Women gather in person to address some of the organisational and industry-wide challenges they have faced and collaborate on solutions. Our dinners combine lively debate with great company and garner the support and encouragement to make change happen.

The network, which was originally founded by Sarah Lloyd Hughes and then co-hosted by Remi Olajoyegbe, required some reformulation following the Covid years. In 2024, Sarah invited Remi to lead the network, and the pair decided to swap roles and change tack, creating a space which allowed the network greater room to explore some of the moral, philosophical and spiritual questions that had emerged over the years. Faith in Business was born - A Network Where She Meets Business and Business Meets Belief.
